I was first introduced to the TTI Success Insights assessment tools back in 2008 by my business coach. Using these assessments, I was able to improve my personal communications skills, better understand what motivated me and see what areas I needed to improve upon. Then in 2016, as I was looking for ways to help my clients with their people management issues, I rediscovered these assessments. I remembered how much they had helped me, and I immediately went to work on becoming certified to properly conduct them. In January of 2017, I became a value-added associate with TTI Success Insights and began offering these fantastic assessment tools to my clients.
As someone who has spent over 18 years in management roles and as a business owner, I can say with confidence that the people management aspects of running a business are the most challenging, and by far, the most rewarding. It is often difficult to figure out how your people like to communicate, how they like to be interacted with or what motivates them to do their best work. Countless times during my career, I have wished that I could get inside of my people’s heads to better understand how to help them be the best they could be. Well, I am happy to report that TTI Success Insights assessment tools give you that ability.
