Use interview questions determined specifically for the role you are hiring for.  We will have a consultation following your interviews to assist in helping to choose the right person for the job.

Start the employment journey with a customized onboarding plan that needs to be followed.  90% of employees decide within the first six months if they will stay with the company.  A proper onboarding process will help to retain new hires. (documentation will be required to show the onboarding process was followed for the guarantee to be honored).

The employee hired will complete an exit interview to determine why they chose to leave the company.  The guarantee will be applied depending on the answers provided.  Ask us for more information.
